If you've ever visited Japan during the rainy season, you know how hot and humid it can be. You may find your clothes drenched in sweat on a typical day. For that reason, such products as the under arm pads are very popular as they catch and absorb sweat before it reaches your clothing. Another thing you will want to do is spray the inside armpit area of your clothing with a mild solution of vinegar and water and allow to set before laundering and this will remove odor. Beware what type of fabrics you wear as perspiration will smell when it dries on a synthetic fabric; instead rely on more natural cotton fabric. Stay in an air conditioned room when you can as this will help you not sweat so much. Always wear a good deodorant or antiperspirant and bathe daily or take a shower frequently with effective deodorant soap. Mosquitoes will plague you indoors at night, so invest into good mosquito netting for your bed. Stay cool by indulging often in cold drinks and refreshing icecream.
