Sony did not invent the Walkman
|
The Walkman as apparently not invented by the Japanese as Sony, who claimed the invention in 1979, admitted in 2003 that German citizen Andreas Pavel came with the idea 2 years earlier. Other inventions credited to the Japanese that belonged to others include video games, which was an invention claimed by both USA and UK as well as mobile phones which were actually invented by AT&T in 1947.
