I AM LOOKING FOR A FREELANCE MANGA CARTOON ARTIST TO ILLUSTRATE FOR ME A CHARACTER. I NEED TO KNOW HOW MUCH IT COSTS AND HOW LONG IT TAKES.

Hey, I can draw about a 4 0f 5 rating but I can think of many great ideas for characters, stories ect. so if any one is great at drawing contact me and maybe our story can go BIG! ill find a way to be contacted as soon as i get my own Email adress.
