I've been trying to find a site to get my name written in Kanji and Katakana but no luck.
Maybe someone here can help me.

my name is Uri. "U" as in "put" and "i" as in "pin" or "in"

Dear Uri, welcome to our Japanese forum.
Uri in katakana character is ウリ
Uri means gourd in Japanese, so you can write 瓜 in kanji character.

any other way to write uri in kanji? without translating it to japanese? i remember i saw Uri written as a 2 character word in kanji as well.
