Hi Everybody.
I have some Q,My teacher said that there isn't the word "NO" is Japanese...She said that there words thats mean something like but there isn't that word.
Is that right?and why?

just like when americans encorprate some foreign words into speech, japanese often use english slang. although the japanese word is "iie" pronouned "ee-eh", most japanese people will understand the word "no" if you were to shout it out. i recentley learned that some people use ther word "non" in substitute. :P

I think your teacher is confusing Japanese and Chinese. In Chinese there is indeed no single word with the clear meaning of "no".

不 has a meaning of 'not'. It has to be attached to another word, it cannot be used by itself.

The closest thing to 'no' in Chinese is 不是 (bushi) which means "it is not".
