Can someone tell me is my first name Jeffrey spelled ジェフリー in Japanese?
Also what would my last name be in Katakana?
My last name is Burroughs.

Yes, your first name is written correctly.

Your last name is バローズ.

When written in full, your name is ジェフリー・バローズ. (The dot used to separate your first and last names)
