I think you need to provide how the names are pronounced. I can't read Chinese and Vietnamese (?) names correctly.

Also, the Chinese write their names in their own characters (equivalent to Japanese Kanji characters). I think that should suffice. The Japanese will only read the names in Chinese characters in the Japanese style of reading the characters.
