Hey, I'm an Aikidoka and I value honor. I am cool, calm, and collected. I don't believe competition or violence. Do you guys have a first and middle name I can adopt to myself? I was thnking Kazuaki Hayato (Bright peace, swift). Any ideas would be much appreciated! Arigato gozaimasu!

和明・速 would be a working name, as far as I know... but I'm not a native Japanese speaker. I don't know names too well.

Matjlav gave you a kanji rendition of the name, so it's read "Kazuaki Hayato."

My suggestion for Hayato with suggestion of speed: 速人 (although it is not a common choice of kanji; "Hayato" is commonly written this way: 隼人)
