When somebody writes "ai shiterun" to you, what do they mean?

The standard form is "ai shiteru," which means I love you.

The "n" at the end is sometimes used in dialogue by a girl (or transsexual) trying to flirt and look coy. Otherwise, it may just be a typing or printing error.
