Just leave your name in Chinese. Japanese people won't understand it, but they often can't understand their own japanese names either so it doesn't matter.

Your name is pronounced Chou Gyokurei(ちょう・ぎょくれい/チョウ・ギョクレイ)in Japanese.

However, you might as well pronounce it the Chinese way to Japanese persons. They'll appreciate to know how your name is really pronounced in Chinese.
