Hi! I'm a high school student at the United States. I plan to study in Japan. Can anyone tell me what colleges are suitable for people with basic Japanese language skills, but excellent at Math & Science? Or any colleges that are specialized in computer technology?

None.

Seriously, if your Japanese skills are 'basic', then don't study in a Japanese university, even if it is Math & Science.

Instead, do some research on schools with a strong exchange program with Japan. Then you can go as an exchange student. If you really like it there and think you can handle it, you could then make arrangements to transfer.
