there is no equivalent for H and S. E is え (if you support japanese characters on your computer)
and there is ha and sa (though no h or s) since your children are hannah and samuel.

so to summarize:
Emily: E (eh sound)
Hannah: Ha
Samuel: Sa

perhaps a google (www.google.com) search on japanese characters would help?
