I have searched the internet but have found no help on the matter because of my unusual name. I can only imagine what people would think if you had a middle name quite as bizarre as thse afforementioned! Think about it - i can't stop myself laughing everytime i think of the word Sorrel Amadeus tilley - write in if you can think of a worse name.
