Hello, Donna!
I see only 2 words. Anyway, Japanese symbols are:
goodbye
Kind regards,

more formal: 御幸運を御祈り致します。
however, this is more like "wishing you have good fortune." is that what you meant? most probably you were looking for: 頑張りなさい or 頑張って下さい which literally mean "try hard!"

as for the word "and", there are many way's to say that depending on the situation and the meaning that you would want to convey...

cheers

You can try these:

http://babel.altavista.com/tr
http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/cgi-bin/cgiwrap/jwb/wwwjdic?9T

But, don't expect everything to be correct. Machines cannot detect context or nuance.

I need the japanese symbols for "mata ne" which I believe means: "Goodbye, but we'll see you again."
I don't have the thing that translates characters so if you could copy and paste that would be great.

Welcome is: 歓迎 (kangei)
It is the same in Chinese, I think, because I've seen a number of Chinese welcome banners that says: 熱烈歓迎 (read in Japanese as "netsuretsu kangei"; please ask a Chinese person how it's read in Chinese)
