1) What are the Romaji for 三毛 菊次郎 (a former mining overseer in Taiwan)?

2) Can the Romaji for specific proper nouns be found out thru dictionary? I tried Breen's dictionary ( http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/cgi-bin/cgiwrap/jwb/wwwjdic?1MKU4E09 ), but I cannot find any useful info on Romaji there.

Arigato.
