Welcome to our Japanese forums, Isabel.
There exist many catholic churches in Japan, mostly small but yes, there exists a big one at Yotsuya. It is St Ignachio church (Ignatius de Loyola). For the detail, please visit their home page at http://www.ignatius.gr.jp.
Best regards,

Dear Karine,
there are many Christian churches in Japan but there are not many catholic churches because they are competed by other sects such as St Baptist or Evangelical churches. St Ignachio church in Yotsuya is not far from your home. There is also a catholic church near Hatsudai station in Keio Line from Shinjuku station.
Kind regards

Hello Nancy,
There are no catholic churches in Urayasu city where Disney park is located (there is only one protestant church). Disney park being located near the border with Tokyo, it is better to return back to Tokyo and find one such as Ueno catholic church which is near Uguisudani station of JR Yamanote-line.
Kind regards,

If you are living near Ueda City, St Paulo Catholic Church in Karuizawa should be the nearest. Phone them to ask the way to the church with the telephone number available at Karuizawa Catholic Church

Dear Sir or Madame,
thank you very much for the post but please let us complain that the picture on your home page with a legend "St. Francis Xavier Apostle of Japan" should be nothing to do with Japan (Japanese people wore always clothes whatever epoch was due to its climate). It should be rather a picture of Southern India or Malaysia (Malacca) because before reaching Japan, Francis Xavier has evangelised those regions.
Best regards,

Dear Taylor,
you have St Dominico Shibuya catholic church in west of Shibuya station, at 15 minutes on foot, just near Malaysia Embassy.
Warning. A church in east of Shibuya station at 3 minutes on foot is a protestant church. So never go there :-)
Please call at 03-3463-5881 for the Mass schedule.
Best regards,

I am travelling from Europe to Australia, from Holy Saturday to Easter Monday. I am in Tokyo from 16.40 till 21.10 on Easter Sunday, Narita airport. It would have to be a miracle for me to get to Easter Sunday Mass (practically speaking it would have to be 18.00 - 19.45 if not in the airport itself, to allow time for transport). Any advice gratefully received!
