What time do you wake up or go to sleep daily?

I like to stay up late, but that usually means I will sleep later. My body is wired to want to be a night owl so I get more work done at night. If I'm up during the day time a lot, I am very industrious and do lots of housework and organizing around the house.

I love waking up early when I can to enjoy the morning sunlight as it makes me feel very happy.

But then I am usually in bed by six pm if I wake up so early.

What time do you get up or go to sleep daily?

I like to get up quite early, since like you, I enjoy the morning. That does mean that I usually go to sleep fairly early. But I do stay up late to finish work sometimes.

Re: What time do you wake up or go to sleep daily?

I wake up early and sleep late. I have lots of things to do and children to care. In order to avoid lack of sleep, I sleep during afternoon after having my lunch.

Re: What time do you wake up or go to sleep daily?

My acupuncture doctor told me that I should always go to bed before 10 pm to get the best sleep for my natural body rhythms and that I should get up when I wake up.

I don't always make it before 10 pm, but I try to stop what I am doing and go to bed around 9:30. It's true that when I sleep this way, I wake up by myself after 7 1/2 hours of sleep feeling refreshed.

Great topic by the way. Thank you so much.

This sounds like something I should be doing, whether or not I am finished with my tasks for the day as I think it would help me to get better organized knowing there was a cut off point for my day. As it is, sometimes I am up till way late doing just one more than and then one more thing. That cannot be good for my health.
