Hello! I really hope someone here can help me out. Actually, it is not just I, but many others from the Gamefaqs community. We have been trying to contact a certain company in Japan regarding a specific question. However, this is not easy since our question can easily be considered as fan mail or a waste of time. Anyway, we have been trying to contact Square-Enix at Japan. I have sent letters to them before, but no responsed back no matter how professional I make my letters. I want to make sure that I have the correct mailing address. I am hoping someone here might know of the correct address. Also if someone here knows the correct way of directing my letter so there is a better chance of getting a response. My post office already told me it is a waste to send it certified mail since Japanese mail service isn't similar to ours here in the US. Also, I send the letter in English. I guess, it would be better to send it out in Japanese, but I don't know anyone that could translate it. So any help anyone could give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

Well, I think that indeed you need to make sure that you have the right address, and that the address is properly written. And yes, you definitely need to write the letter in Japanese. Check the Final Fantasy faqs, some of them have been written by people who played the game in Japanese (before the american release) so maybe one of them can help. Square-Enix is a big company... the chances of getting a reply are about the same as getting a reply from Michael Jackson. Good luck. |
