explanation: Town located in the south-east of Hyogo Prefecture, facing Inland Sea. Its population is 1.4 million. It had been well known as a good harbor since old time. After opened for foreign ships in 1868, it has continued to develop to become the second largest harbor in Japan after Yokohama.
