and could you make sure to spell four letter words right?! just kiddin', just kiddin'. If you wanted me to e-mail them, well, you didn't give me an e-mail address. Here's what your looking for, even though you can't come here:

Words

From top to bottom:
I hate you: Dai kirai (Die kee-rye)
Go to hell (more like "fuck you"): Kutabare (Koo-tah-bah-ray)
Bitch: Baita (by-tah)
Ass: Ketsu (kay-tsu)

Now, my question is, why do you want these words?!

Whatever...

back from japanese alphabet:

"ishteru" is not a word in Japanese. You were probably talking about "ai shiteru" (愛してる), which means "I love you."

It could also be, more polite, ai shiteiru (愛している), or even more polite, ai shiteoru (愛しておる), or, all of those in the polite forms: Ai shite-masu (愛してます), ai shitei-masu (愛しています), or ai shiteori-masu (愛しております).

どう致しまして! You're welcome!

There is no Japanese symbol as such for the word -- it will become an explanatory sentence.

A Japanese fable that tells a story of a good old man who becomes rich by a series of good strokes of fortune is called わらべ長者

You can call a person that.

I don't know what you mean by kana-kanji. Kana (hiragana & katakana) and kanji are different character sets. Also, Tae Kwon Do in Japanese is not written in kanji, because it is a different language. It is written in katakana, used for foreign names and which I used to write your and your friend's names. So, what you have in mind cannot be.

If you want it in kanji, you have to do some research into the real Korean character for "Tae" and add the two kanjis 流 (ryu) and 道 (do).

Otherwise, the name is written in katakana: テリュウドウ

Well, there are many, many Japanese characters. But, here is an explanation of the alphabets.

Hiragana - Used for normal Japanese words, often as a substitute for kanji (more complicated alphabet). Sometimes, hiragana is even written over kanji to help.

a

i

u

e

o

ka

ki

ku

ke

ko

sa

shi

su

se

so

ta

chi

tsu

te

to

na

ni

nu

ne

no

ha

hi

hu/fu

he

ho

ma

mi

mu

me

mo

ya

yu
いぇ
ye

yo

ra

ri

ru

re

ro

wa

wi

we

wo

n

Don't think you're done though. There's a lot more.

Also, a quotation mark-like symbol may be placed next to some characters, to make the consonants more pronounced. For instance, t + " = d, s + " = z. One weird case is h + " = b, and h + ° = p. No, that circle is not a typo. The symbol ふ may be pronounced hu or fu, depending on the word. Also, if you make a vowel smaller and add it to ふ, like so: ふぁ, then it will make that symbol pronounced with that vowel sound. So, ふぁ = fa, ふぇ = fe, etc. ふぅ is never written, it is just left as ふ. Following me so far? ヴ is the symbol for "vu", and you can add small vowels to it like the "fu" symbol. If you combine a normal "i" vowel character with a shrunk "y" character, you will mesh them together, like び + ゃ = bya. Also, a て + small vowel = th(vowel), generally used as てぃ to substitute "chi" as the "ti" sound. とぅ is used to substitute "tsu." "We" and "wi" are generally unused. "Wo" is only used to mark an object.

Err... I'm not sure if I got it all... though... I'm kinda tired. Well, there's also a katakana alphabet, and it sort of has the same rules. Here is a picture of it.

Just like there are many words in English with the same or similar meaning as "clever," there are many in Japanese, too. So, what you have may in fact mean that.

If you can find a way to post it here, I can check for you.

I found this:
http://www.geocities.com/tamzillaz/Brandy.gif

And if that is correct, I was wondering if there was another way to write it?

Thanks for any help, I appreciate it.

Hey. I am very greatful that you do all this trnslating stuff for people. I think its a wonderful thing to do and it helps so many people who love the Japanese stuff and want to show other people. I am very greatful to you. If you are not the only one translating (because i am not quite sure) These things, then I will give credit to all of you too. You are so kind in doing that. Ever since I am such a big fan of this show called Rurouni Kenshin, could you writ these little slogans I made up for me in Japanese?
"Kenshin and Kaoru the eternal couple" and "Sanosuke and Megumi the never forgotten couple"
thank you sooooooooo incredibly much! Your the best! If you could, instead of writing it in the message book, could you e-mail it to me at Rschultz11@earthlink.net
Thank you again! (I could keep thanking you all day, but I won't annoy you) May God bless you and may you have a great day! :-)

Jeff,
for further refference it's "doumo arigatou gozaimasu," which literally translates into English as "Indeed, thank you," more of a "thank you" in agreement to something than the informal "thank you" you're offering, which is "arigatou" or "arigatou gozaimasu"
